Mother's Day Plants and More Sale, Princeton/Pettoranello Sister City Foundation
The Princeton/Pettoranello Sister City Foundation, in partnership with Blooms Garden Center, is holding its annual Mother’s Day plant/bake/costume jewelry by Jane sale on Saturday, May 9 from 9am to 2pm in the parking lot of the Pettoranello Gardens located in the Billy Johnson Mountain Lakes Nature Preserve. Proceeds will be used to maintain this special spot in the preserve and to sponsor local scholarships and the PHS Italian exchange program.

Blue Moon Acres Farm Market
Blue Moon Acres Farm, 11 Willow Creek Drive, Pennington. The farm market will be open on Fridays 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Saturdays 9 a.m. - 3p.m until December. We accept cash, check, or Venmo at our Pennington Market In season, our market is stocked with Certified Organic Produce, Microgreens, and Rice from our farms as well as hand curated goods from local vendors. Available this 2026 season: Cherry Grove Farm, Griggstown Farm, and Double Brook Farm meats, Cherry Grove Farm and Calkins Creamery cheeses, Bent Spoon and Owowcow Creamery ice cream, and many more locally-produced foods. Availability is posted on Blue Moon Acres’ Facebook page the day of the market. Shop our online market anytime for delivery or pickup at either of our farms.

2nd Annual Downtown Hopewell Mocktail Crawl: Sip, Snack & Shop
Get ready for an afternoon of fun for all ages at the 2nd Annual Downtown Hopewell Mocktail Crawl, taking place on Saturday, May 9th, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Sponsored by Provident Bank, this exciting event invites attendees to explore the charming shops and businesses of Downtown Hopewell while enjoying unique, alcohol-free mocktails at each of the 10 participating merchants. Tickets for the event are $20 and all proceeds will benefit the Sourland Conservancy, an organization dedicated to protecting the Sourland Mountain region's natural beauty. Each ticket includes a cute little mason jar, which will serve as your reusable cup for all the delicious mocktails. The event will happen rain or shine, so come out to support a great cause while experiencing the best of what Downtown Hopewell has to offer!
