Stockton, NJ: Slow Food Central New Jersey is adding two dates in December at WoodsEdge Wools Farm to their 7th season of winter farmers markets. On December 10 and 11, from 10am-4pm, the "Eat Slow" Winter Markets will offer local food, artisan food products and “Slow Fiber” items such as scarves, socks, sweaters and blankets as well as music and entertainment. On January 14th, Slow Food moves the market to the Johnson Education Center, a beautifully restored barn on the grounds of the D&R Greenway in Princeton. On February 19th, Tre Piani Restaurant in Forrestal Village in Princeton hosts the Market from 11am-3pm.
